Babar Khan is a Vice President at SAIF Partners. His interests lie in all areas and sectors of growth in general, while being especially passionate about IT and BPO services, financial services, consumer products & services, export oriented manufacturing, and broadband infrastructure & services. He represents SAIF on the board of directors of Intelligroup Asia Pvt Ltd and Asian Foods Industries Ltd.

  Prior to joining SAIF, Mr. Khan was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. During his 6 year consulting career at McKinsey, Mr. Khan worked extensively across a variety of sectors including IT/BPO services, consumer products/services, minerals & metals and industrials. His articles on topics in these sectors have been published in the McKinsey Quarterly. Earlier, he worked as a Software Engineer at Network Programs Inc.

  Mr. Khan holds a B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the IIT, Delhi and an MBA from the IIM, Ahmedabad.
